Every site ships with the technical SEO already done. It isn't an upsell. It's part of building a website properly. Ongoing SEO work (on-page, local, monthly care) has its own page.

Care plans are available on sites I've built. I don't take on maintenance for sites built by someone else. I can't stand behind code I haven't seen, and I'd rather say that now than discover a problem I can't fix.
Questions
I build on Webflow, Framer, Squarespace or hand-coded, depending on what suits your project. I'll recommend one and explain why. You don't need to know the difference before we talk.
The words are yours by default. If you'd rather not write them, I can. Tell me in the brief and I'll include it in the quote.
Landing page, about two weeks. Full build, about four. Redesign, about three. I'll give you real dates with the quote, and I'll tell you early if anything slips.
Your logo and images if you have them, your copy if you're writing it, and answers to my questions within a couple of days. Projects stall on client feedback far more often than on my end.
Half up front, half on launch. Paid in USD. The price is agreed before I start.
Two rounds of changes are included in every project. If we're still not there after that, we talk. I'd rather fix it than have you launch something you're not happy with.
